Richard's career has focused on the property sector from a marketing technology and franchising aspect; having founded his own business after university which developed a Global referral system for franchise brand Coldwell Banker; European and Middle East operations.

He then formed joint ventures with The Guild and Fine & Country and eventually ended up joining them as a board Director for 10 years with key achievement of co-founding their IT department PropertyLogic, helping Fine & Country expand with a refreshed look branding to 13 countries around the world.


Richard is now Chief Commercial Officer for the multi-channelled marketing platform BriefYourMarket which helps generate revenue for agents through communications with agents databases, an off-market database from credit reference agencies and on-market data.
